When you need to contact Fortress Solutions Technical Support you can email, open a ticket online, or call directly to Fortress Solutions’ Support Center where your ticket is responded to within minutes. Fortress Solutions’ standard plan guarantees you'll talk to a technician within 30 minutes.
Fortress Solutions’ proprietary call tracking system allows Service Managers to follow the progress of your call until it is resolved. Each step of every call has a built-in time frame for completion of the task which helps to ensure your needs are quickly resolved.
Fortress Solutions continues to find ways to reduce our customer’s costs to support and maintain their networks. Our newest offering allows our customers to only purchase next business day hardware replacements on the hardware that fails.
Customers who purchase our new R&R Plus package will pay Repair and Return pricing, plus they will receive a set number of next business day advanced replacements to be used at their discretion. The number of advanced replacements a customer will receive in the service agreement may vary depending on the size of the network, pricing, etc.
Customers may surpass the set number of advanced replacements, but will never pay more than if they had purchased our next business day service from the beginning.
