Fortress Solutions provides customers with the ability to receive a service level commitment response of between 4-6 hour 7 days a week, 365 days a year on any hardware failure deemed to be business critical. Fortress Solutions’ current capabilities allow equipment to be shipped from our centralized warehouse in and cover all of a customer domestic US markets within 6 hours. Customers creating an RMA request with a business critical priority will cause CDCTrac™ to automatically issue a dispatch to our primary shipping agent. Customers can monitor the RMA ticket in CDCTrac™ and receive a real-time status of the shipment, including flight number, departure time, and arrival time.
Fortress Solutions will provide multilayered sparing capabilities to provide customers with an extra level of security. To provide customers with a comprehensive and reliable solution, Fortress Solutions is currently co-developing a proprietary database that will allow CDCTrac immediate access to 2 million spares nationwide which is created by aggregating over 900 distributors nationwide.
With CDCTrac™’s capability to communicate online with Fortress Solutions’ shipping broker and its real time up to date flight schedules. CDCTrac™ will provide a number of shipping options to Fortress Solutions in order to provide the best possible service. Flight schedules will be stored in 12 separate records in 2 hour intervals.
CDCTrac™ spares management capability will generate nightly reports by cross referencing customer spares requirements needs and locations against Fortress Solutions’ central sparing inventory, Fortress Solutions’ remote sparing, Fortress Solutions’ on-site spare depots, and Fortress Solutions’ Nation Wide Sparing Partner’s Inventory and it will generate reports on potential shortages or areas of concern.
All equipment is certified by a Support Specialist before it is stored in our Distribution Center, ready for our customer’s needs.
Fortress Solutions Labs perform extensive Diagnostics, Burn-In and QA on all equipment that enters our facility for a period greater than 48 hours. These stringent tests and multiple automated QA checks allow Fortress Solutions to guarantee that 100% of the equipment received from our Labs will have 0% defects.
Since its founding in 2001, Fortress Solutions has repaired and recertified over 10,000 pieces of equipment with a 99.89% success rate.
Fortress Solutions will, in some cases, dedicate spare parts at our customer’s site. Dedicated spares are an option that may increase the cost of an Annual Support Agreement.
